As opening day approaches, please note that our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 4pm. Office hours, especially on Fridays, will vary depending on the race start times.
While the track is open for race days or events, DeAnna is busy running the computers in the tower and not in the office to field phone calls or emails. This also means that any emails or voicemails that are received over the weekend will not be returned until Monday, or Tuesday at the latest. When leaving a voicemail please leave your name, phone number and brief description of the reason for your call.
The weekly schedule is always posted on the website, Facebook page and phone system (press 2 when prompted) every Monday morning. Any changes made to the schedule will also be updated on all 3 platforms. If we post that we are closed for the weekend, no one will be in the office to answer phone calls or emails, nor will anyone be permitted inside the property.
The gates will be closed and locked through the week and will not open until the scheduled time for events. There is no early admittance for anyone. So please plan accordingly.
Anyone with a rented pit spot who may need in through the week must schedule an appointment.
